10,000 Steps

Most of us have fitness trackers from Fitbits to the Apple Watch and my personal favorite the Bella Beat Leaf. It’s recommended that we log at least 10,000 steps per day, which might seem like a lot but it’s definitely an attainable goal – even if you sit at a desk all day.

Here are 9 ways to get in your 10,000 steps without having to set foot in the gym.
1. Start a competition with friends or co-workers.
2. Be a tourist in your own town.
3. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
4. If you sit at a desk all day set a timer and make yourself get up to walk around for at least 5 minutes each hour.
5. Go for a walk on your lunch break.
6. Drink plenty of water so you always have to take a walk to the bathroom.
7. Take your pup for an extra spin around the block.
8. Head to the mall or grocery store and walk around just checking things out.

  1. How do I change the time and date on the Omega Seamaster. I'm now after a rolex replica I think 45mm case is a little to big for my wrist. Do you have anything around the 40-42m mark. Also, can you deliver quicker. I would like to have this delivered before my honeymoon on the 16th March. I don't mind paying extra for quicker delivery. Their customer service is a joke in my opinion. I called them rolex replica uk times and seems like they have 2 or 3 different people that answered the phone. They did not want me to return the replica watches and even when they finally said I could return it They wanted me to pay for the return shipping. I ultimately contacted my credit card company and filed a charge back. Because the watch was counterfeit it is replica watches sale the law for me to millet back to them therefore they had 2 choices either they can pick up the watch or give me a refund without the watch. They wound up giving me a refund and I was able to keep the broken watch. If you order from them just be sure to use replica watches that way if they scam you you can get your money back.
