Broadway In Detroit subscribers can purchase their HAMILTON tickets now as a benefit of their 60th Anniversary Season Subscription. Season subscriptions are still available for the six remaining shows in Broadway In Detroit’s 60th Anniversary season. The remaining shows include My Fair Lady, Ain’t Too Proud, Dear Evan Hansen, Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, Beetlejuice, and Jagged Little Pill. Full Series Subscriptions start at $365 and include a ticket to all six shows and the ability to purchase tickets for season extras prior to public on-sale dates. HAMILTON is the story of America then, told by America now. With book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, HAMILTON is based on Ron Chernow’s acclaimed biography. The HAMILTON creative team previously collaborated on the Tony Award®-Winning Best Musical In the Heights. It has won Tony®, Grammy®, and Olivier Awards, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and an unprecedented special citation from the Kennedy Center Honors.

31 Things To Do In July
Happy July! ‘Tis the season for bonfires, trips to the beach, and backyard BBQs. July is a sun-soaked month here in Michigan, so in order to take full advantage it I made she sure back this July bucket list with plenty of summer necessities.
1. Did you know July is National Ice Cream month? Start the month off right with a trip to your favorite local ice cream shop.
2. Give yourself a fresh pedicure so you’re extra confident stepping out in flip flops or barefoot this month. If heading to a salon for a pedicure isn’t your thing give yourself one at home. I am currently loving Zoya Pink Palette Summer 2022 and Zoya Hello Summer.
3. Adventure to a local state park or metro park. I love packing a picnic lunch, and going for a hike. If hiking isn’t your thing look for one that has water where you can hang out by the beach, go kayaking, paddling board or rent a pedal boat. You could even read a book while you listen to the water touch the shoreline. State parks and metro parks offer plenty of options no matter what type of adventure you’re looking for.
4 Happy Fourth of July! Pack a cooler and head to the beach. Have a backyard cookout or enjoy a picnic in the park. Whatever you decide to do I hope it’s the best day ever.
5 Happy Graham Cracker Day! Today’s the perfect day to grab a box of graham crackers, your favorite chocolate, a bag of marshmallows and enjoy an evening by a bonfire eating s’mores.
6. Plan a trip to a water park or splash pad.

12. Go for a hike. There’s just something zen about venturing around the woods and enjoy time in nature. Be sure to spray yourself with tick spray before going!

14. It’s Shark Awareness Day today, celebrate by watching the classic Jaws.
15. Get up early and catch a sunrise.
16. Head out to the lake for a kayaking adventure.
17. Test your luck at a game of putt putt.

19. Catch a movie at a drive-in.
20. Unplug for 24 hours and just enjoy the little things the day brings.
21. Visit a farmers market.

Nomadik Subscription Review: Hammock Box

Relax with ease in the Ultralight Starter Hammock. Yes, I have a couple hammocks of my own, did I need another hammock—probably not. That being said this one is small and lightweight and actually fits in my pack—my other hammock takes up a lot of room. So I was actually really pleased with it. The hammock came with five-foot straps, 2 nautical-grade carabiners, and a stuff sack, making it my new favorite.
UCO Utility
This is definitely the product I didn’t know I needed, I’m blown away by how many times I’ve used it. Usually, I pack a fork, spoon, and knife for day hikes, but now I just pack the UCO utility spork and I am ready to eat oats, salad, and spread pb&jam with only one utensil.
Gear Aid Tenacious Tape Mini Patches
I don’t care who you are, you can always use patches. These patches are your instant fix for a tear in your sleeping bag, tent, or your puffy jacket. I like to keep them in my pack, as well as my first aid kit (easy to find when an emergency arises).
Skrach Labs Strawberry Lemonade Hydration Mix
I’ll be honest with you, the hydration mix didn’t even make it into a picture—whoops! I received the Nomadik box on a day I was feeling super drained and dehydrated, so it arrived at the perfect moment. It didn’t upset my stomach like some other hydration mixes do, and the flavor was actually very refreshing.
Ursa Major Essential Face Wipes
These bamboo face wipes came in handy on a plane ride recently. They’re infused with a generous dose of Ursa Major’s 4-1 Essential Face Tonic formula—and they not only cleaned my skin but exfoliated, soothed, and hydrated my skin. They’re the new must-have in my to-go back.
Overall thoughts
The Nomadik hammock box was a great reminder to go out in nature and spend the day between the trees. Loved the box.
