Before Friday’s workout class started the trainer asked us to write down our goal/why we are coming to classes. Sure summer is coming and I want to look good in a bathing suit, lose weight, be healthier etc etc. Aside from all of that, why am I actually working out? Why am I putting my all into these classes? What I wrote on the paper was “to tone up and gain confidence”. The root of it all is I lack body confidence, and I want to look good naked. All the tools are in front of me to reach my goals. I am trying to be realistic, and making sure everything is actually attainable. So what’s your health and fitness goal? Why are you on this journey?
