Lauren Gleisberg 30 x 30

Like most girls I have tried my fair share of fade diets, workouts (Brazilian Butt Lift anyone haha), and more. When it comes to eating I have learned that I do best when I live an 80-20 lifestyle – I mean sometimes a girl just wants some dessert. I have been following the Tone It Up nutrition and fitness plans for awhile, however I haven’t been seeing the results that I had hoped for. As someone who was in the overweight range until college, I know that I definitely struggle a lot with my body. After the TIU tour in Chicago I decided to lay off TIU for a while. I left it behind for a few reasons one being I really don’t like their foods, protein powder upsets my stomach and I would rather eat real food with protein instead of filling my body with supplements. Also, the Meta-D shots were literally ripping the enamel from my teeth.

Now that TIU was out I wondered if I could structure workouts and meals on my own, and the truth was I do better with a base of ideas for food, and even better when I have a workout plan to actually follow. My friend Katie introduced me to Lauren Gleisberg, and let me tell you – I am currently LOVING her meal plans. I’ll be honest I don’t follow them exactly, however they are real food and I love that I am not filling my body with supplements. Her workouts are great too. My life has been super chaotic lately and I have decided that I am restarting the 30×30 so I can actually do the whole thing and see the results. After 30 days I will let you know what I thought of the workouts and plan – and what kind of results I saw. Do you follow a nutrition and workout plan?
