Peanut Butter Cookies Under Three Carbs Each!

Five Ingredient Two Carb Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine (by hand NOT a mixer) the peanut butter and splenda together until completely combined. Add the egg and mix well. Finally add the baking soda and vanilla and mix. Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Let cool and then store in the freezer for best taste and togetherness.

  1. I tried baking with the splenda stuff but I always found it tasted a little funny. I bet the peanut butter would cover that up though… might have to give it another try!

  3. OMG!!! You should have not shared the recipe. Peanut Butter Cookies are my favorite. Now I have a great reason to eat them right? Only 2 carbs… I think so!!!
