How To: Be A Better Catch in 2015

There’s something invigorating about the idea of turning over a fresh leaf and using the New Year as a chance to really get your life right, especially your love life. Here are some tips on how to be a better catch in 2015.
1. Ditch the body insecurities. If he wants perfection he can go buy a Barbie doll.
2. Stop second –guessing.  Just send the text, flirt, and approach the guy.
3. Say thank you. It actually goes really far with most guys.
4. Ask interesting questions. Think of questions that give people the opportunity to open up about themselves, their passions, fears and dreams.
5. Don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from seeing who’s out there.

How To: Bounce Back from Holiday Overindulgence

I have a sneaking suspicion that I’m not the only one who indulged over the holidays. If you’re feeling ready to flush out some of that overindulgence from the last few days, here are a few things you can do.

1. Drink lots of water.
2. Eat raw fruits and veggies.
3. Get your pilates or yoga on.

Two Thousand Fourteen

I hope everyone has a fantastic New Year and I look forward to sharing more of the little things in 2015 with you! Especially the changes coming to the blog in the New Year! See you in the New Year!

Christmas Through Jack\’s Eyes

Everyone seems to be talking about this thing called Christmas. Here are a few things my fellow fur friends should know about this holiday.

1. For whatever reason, humans bring a tree inside. They put lights on it and decorations. Don’t even think about going potty on it – you will get in trouble.

2. Give in if your human feels the need to dress you in obnoxious sweaters or antlers. Apparently this is “cute”.

3. Don’t eat the decorations, not even little licks are allowed.

4. Do not under any circumstance dig at the boxes under the tree. Even if it has your name on the box it’s not time to open it yet.

5. Humans are extra this time of year so kisses and tail wags will result in extra treats!

Between visiting Santa, trips the zoo to see the lights, decorating gingerbread houses and Christmas movie marathons it’s safe to say I’m officially in the holiday spirit. So I thought this brought the perfect opportunity for me to share my favorite holiday date ideas:
