Kroger Prep + Pared BBQ Chicken Flatbread

On Sunday my boyfriend invited me over for dinner, and since we enjoy cooking together we decided to grab a Kroger Prep+Pared Meal Kit. If you\’ve been following you know my boyfriend and I are serious fans of the Kroger Prep+Pared Meal Kits, and turn to them a few times a month. This time he picked the BBQ Chicken Flatbread with Tangy Cole Slaw – yummm. In this recipe you actually make your own homemade barbecue sauce, which is tangy, sweet and delicious. This was probably one of the easiest kits, so if you are looking for a quick and easy meal, head over to your local Kroger.

The Single Core Tip that Changed my Workouts

Fitness babes, did you know that how you breathe during a workout defines how your core changes? When it comes to core workouts I just learned the single most important tip – exhale on the up! Exhaling on the up will ensure that you avoid the breadbox core look that bodybuilders get (so not sexy). This single tip made a huge difference in my core workout on Friday, and I have been working hard to focus on my breathing so I can get the most out of my workouts ever since.

Some of my favorite core exercises include
Regular Old Crunches
Obique Crunches
Tabletop Crunches
Plank
Forearm Plank
Beast
Frog Crunches
Flutters
Bird Dogs
Superman
Turtle
Hip Dips

*I am not a personal trainer. This is just what works for me.
