30 Day Plank Challenge

With summer right around the corner, I am doing everything I can to transform my body. This week I decided to start a 30-day Plank Challenge. Planks are one of the best exercises that you can do for your core, and depending on the type of plank, they can also engage your back, arms, shoulders, hamstrings and glutes. I was recently told a fit healthy person should be able to hold a plank for 120 seconds (2 minutes), I can currently hold a plank for 45 seconds. The 30-day plank challenge is designed to have you holding a 5-minute plank on day 30. After 30 days I will do a post to recap how the challenge went for me, but if you don’t want to wait or want to follow along check out @petitefitnessista on Instagram for daily challenge updates.   1. Holy Moly – i am currently doing this. Just completed Day 27…. only 3 more to go. You've got this and I'm not going to lie – it's tough when it gets into the 3+ minutes. Good luck!

The larger concern again is not the sheer availability of Breitling, but rather the unknowing consumer accidentally buying one Breitling watches,eBay in the past was littered with, but that is no longer the case. There are probably Replica Valentino Handbagsmasquerading as the real thing in eBay's auction listings from time to time, but they are less common than they used to be. Above I mentioned that in virtually all instances you won't find Valentino handbags sold via legitimate bags retailers.
