Pierogies at Home

If you saw my post here you know that I had my first real experience with Polish food recently (dill pickle soup you’ve stolen my heart). A lot of you wanted to hear more about our dinner date night with Polish food so I thought I would share the goods and some details with you. For my first Polish experience Andrew made us pierogi (he cooked them in onions), colored potatoes (how he makes potatoes is my favorite), and a simple side salad. If you read my previous post you’ll know that despite me living in Pittsburgh for four years this was the only experience I have ever had with pierogi – they turned out really good (oh hey, A…You’re an amazing cook!). As for our cooking together – our teamwork in the kitchen, delegating jobs… etc has come along way, from the first time we tried cooking together.
