Metro Detroit Fall To-Do List

It’s a hot one here in Michigan, first day of fall hits and the temperatures heat up into the 90’s….yikes! Since it is Michigan, we will not be rockin’ these ridiculous temperatures very long, so I decided to come up with a list of things I want to do this fall. Some of these things I do each year, and some will be completely new experiences, and Mark will be adventuring along too so should be lots of fun.  Here is where I will be hanging out in Metro Detroit this fall, where can I find you?

Enjoy hot cider and donuts at Yates
Take the boat to Lakeville
Watch Hocus Pocus outside at Jimmy John’s Field
Bike the Dequindre Cut
Enjoy the Detroit Princess on a cool fall day
Canoe or kayak the Clinton River
See the new home of the Wings
Check a show out at the Fox Theatre
Hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters
Tailgate and head to a Lions game
Cuddle up in blankets and watch the stars from the bed of a truck
Pick apples and pumpkins at Blake’s
Get lost in the corn maze at Spicer’s
Make caramel apples and get spooked during a scary movie.
Go see the painted rocks on the Orchard Lake or Paint Creek Trail
Hit up a park for color change – Stony Creek, Kensington…etc
Ride through the Macomb Orchard Trail
Get spooked on Tilson street
