The smell of fresh pressed apple cider and homemade donuts is the quintessential smell of fall in my opinion, and that’s what you get when you go to Yates. This year Yates is celebrating 150 years of the BEST cider and donuts in the state. Yates doesn’t pasteurize their cider (which drastically changes the taste) they use a UV light process instead which results is the best cider Michigan has to offer. Don\’t forget to take a walk on the trail along the Clinton River and stop into the apple tent!
{dip these in the cider and they are heaven}

I LOVE Yates Cider Mill! Makes me miss Michigan so much. Fall isn't quite the same in NYC without the great donuts and cider of my childhood.:)
