Applesauce Ornaments

My applesauce ornament recipe comes from my Great Grandma C. She is no longer with us, but the tradition of her applesauce ornaments lives on. They\’re so much fun to make and your house will smell absolutely fabulous! A couple years ago I did not paint my ornaments and I used them as gift tags for Christmas presents. This year I cut out gingerbread men and will be using them as my friendship gift for friends and family that visit during the holidays.

  1. This is too funny! I'm hosting a cookie exchange and my mom and I have been planning to give these to all the attendees as a party favor! Great minds think alike! I also love the idea of using them as gift tags!

  3. What a fun idea! We used to make something similar to these, but they were dog treats and the dogs could eat them after we were done with the tree.
