Restaurant Review: Green Dot Stables

Located at 2200 West Lafayette in Detroit, Green Dot Stablesis serving up some of the best sliders you’ll ever taste.  With a variety to select from, and a mystery meat to choose from there is sure to be something for everyone.  I know you’ll think I’m crazy, but I highly recommend trying the PB&J – the chipotle raspberry jam is amazing. Also you don’t want to miss out on the cucumbers with crème fraiche, shallots and vinegar – probably my new favorite starter.

Let’s Hit the Road in the Mazda Mazda6 Grand Touring

*I received the Mazda Mazda6 Grand Touring for a week to test drive. All thoughts and opinions are my own.*
On any given day spontaneous road trips are my absolute favorite. Recently I packed the Mazda Mazda6 Grand Touring with snacks, a few waters and hit the road.  The adventure started with a very snowy morning, but ended with beautiful blue skies. Stops included a trip to Cranberry Lake and taking Rochester Road out to Lakeville. I drove the car on paved roads as well as backcountry dirt roads and it handled both terrains like a champ. The backup camera made it easy to back the sedan out of tight areas, while the heated seats kept us warm. Here is a peek at our adventure…..
