Anyone else a huge fan of a multi mani?
Currently I am loving Jack, Minnie and Nahla combined together.

I am loving using Saldana and Nahla as glitter toppers for an accent nail. One thing that really surprised me was I almost always dislike purple polishes and I absolutely love Delia.
You can find the Zoya Sunshine Summer 2018 Collection on their website or in stores. Polish is $10.00 each.

9 Consulting Tips that\’ll Rock your World

 {this is a sponsored post. photo is from pinterest}
Consulting is defined as the business of giving expert advice to people working in a professional or technical field. If you are thinking about your starting a consulting business, or hiring a consultant read further as we dive into why. So why would a company hire a consultant? One of the main reasons is so they can get an outside eye on their company. You know how you go to your friends or family for advice sometimes? Companies need to do the same thing, especially when they’re facing tough decisions. Brands turn to consultants to figure out the problems they cannot figure out on their own, or want a second opinion with. Consultants tend to work with many different companies, and more than likely have already gone through the problem your company is facing, therefore they know what worked for someone else and can tweak it to work for you. Some companies have skeleton crews, so when it comes to really important decisions the reality of it is they might not have the manpower to focus on the topic at hand and still have their employees operate their everyday jobs. Consultants are a great way to add temporary help to figure out and solve a problem, they have specialized skills that the companies regular employees may not have. They’re an outside sources that dig into the root of what is going on and problem solve. Have you really ever thought about starting a consulting business? Here are 9 consulting tips that’ll rock your world and get you started:
1. Put in the hours. Through trial and error you’ll learn where you excel, as well as where your issue areas are. Document things; make inspiration boards, read what others are doing. Impressive results will make others flock to you.
2. Showcase yourself as being an expert. Even if you are not an expert, fake it until you make it. You won’t get clients if you just sit back and wait for it to happen. You have to chase it.
3. Prove it to yourself and everyone else that you can do this when you get your first client. No one is going to want to work with you if they don’t know what you’re offering – as a matter of fact no one can hire you if they have no clue what you do. So figure out what your services will be, and let your friends and family know, your social circle etc. Someone will bite and you’ll land your first clients.
4. Getting clients. This is the tricky part, but look to friends, family and your social circle. Once you get one person they can give rave review about you that’ll be passed on, and eventually you’ll have a whole pile of clients waiting to work with you and get your expert help.
5. Brand yourself. Have a professional logo designed so people know who you are.
6. Get a website and social channels. Be social, get your name out there.
7. Show stats and how you have helped others, make charts and have hard facts to back up what you’re saying.
8. Be open to change. You may need to be diverse in what you offer, so be willing to make that change.
9. Use social media. Promote yourself, run ads, run campaigns, plaster your name all over the internet.

Five Things

{magical kind of night}

Happy Friday, loves! While my weekend was filled with plenty of fun, I never thought this week would end. So glad the weekend is here, and I can\’t wait for some outdoor adventures. What are your weekend plans?

Mitsubishi Outlander

 [i received the Outlander for seven days to test drive. all opinions are my own]

Need room for seven? No problem the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Limited Edition S-AWC. The Mitsubishi Outlander received 24/29 MPG with an average of 26, which is great with the raising gas prices, and summer road trips. The outlander is designed to fit seven with two in the front, three in the middle row and two in the third row. When all seven seats are being used, you still have plenty of legroom and trunk space. One of the things that really surprised me about this vehicle was how smooth of a ride it is. I even had my mum out running errands with me, dodging potholes, going over railroad tracks and roads we know are naturally bumping and she said “wow, I can’t even feel these bumps”. The smooth ride was definitely a very drastic change from my Jeep which features a rougher ride.
Steering wheel mounted controls for your convenience.

Push button start, I am still not a super huge fan of this feature and would much rather have a key – however I am starting to get used to it.

Sunroof, hello lover! Sunroofs are definitely my favorite, and it made traveling to the beach even more fun.

Lots of legroom in the second and third rows, the second row seats move forward and back to give the third row the amount of legroom that they need. To get your passengers to the third row simply pull the button on the middle row seat to move it forward.

Middle and back seating is designed to lay flat to give you even more trunk storage space.

Cargo under-floor storage.

Blind spot detection, which I absolutely love.

ConfidenceKini Day 1

This weekend the sun finally came out, and I definitely was not tanned or skinny enough to cope with the sudden appearance of sunshine. Plenty of brands and gyms are getting ready to release their “get ready for summer workout plans”. Usually I do the Tone It Up Bikini Series (which starts May 7 and lasts 8 weeks), however this year I’m giving Lauren Gleisberg’s ConfidenceKini a try. ConfidenceKini is only 5 weeks long – which makes it easier to follow, the food is REAL food you’ll want to eat and the workouts are challenging but do not last for hours. Oh yeah and there is a killer ab workout as well. The challenge officially started yesterday, so I thought I would post my accountability here. For the next five weeks on Tuesday’s I will give a recap of my previous week, however follow along at Petitefitnessista on Instagram to stay up to date with how the challenge is going for me, what I am eating everyday and if I am keeping up with workouts. Are you doing any fitness challenges?

P.S. before and after photos will be revealed at the end of the 5 weeks!
