Take The Leap: 30 Days of Yoga

One of my goals for 2015 was to find my inner yogi. While January slipped right by me, February is off to a better start. I’ll be participating in 30 days of yoga with prAna and Sweat Pink. The challenge began TODAY (February 2nd) and will go until March 8th. I hope you\’ll join me and we can inspire and support each other on our journey to our best selves!

Here’s the skinny on the challenge:
• Follow me on Instagram and Twitter

• Pledge to #TakeTheLeap and practice yoga everyday for 30 days starting TODAY, February 2 and ending Sunday, March 8.  Even 5 minutes before work or school counts!

• Post a photo of you yoga-ing and be sure to tag me so I can help inspire, support and motivate you! 

• Be sure to tag @Prana and @FitApproach and include the hashtag #TakeTheLeap to be eligible for a chance to win $500 worth of prAna gear.

• Check out the Facebook group for extra support

• I\’ll be blogging, instagraming and tweeting about my progress as well as my favorite poses. So join me on this fun little challenge!
