The weather here has been crazy lately. 80’s last week and 30’s/40’s the past few days had me thinking about transitional pieces. While in Nordstrom I discovered a pair of Liberty Black (I have never heard of this brand before) ankle boots. The boots were the quintessential transition piece for spring to summer and summer to fall. However the unfamiliar brand and $200 price tag had me looking elsewhere for the perfect transitional ankle boot – can you believe I found it at Target. Not only is the Target version cuter, comfortable and stylish, but also the price tag definitely didn’t break the bank!

  1. I have a verson of these (without the cutout) that I wore all throughout late winter! Such a great find 🙂
