What did you carve into your pumpkins this year? Below are my pumpkins from the past couple of years. Hope you have a Happy Halloween.

{baked pumpkin seeds}
Baked Pumpkin Seeds
• Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
• After removing the seeds from the pumpkin rinse in cold water to remove the pumpkin guts.
• Place the seeds on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
• Bake for one hour turning every 15 minutes.
