Yummm…. I love panera bread! This giveaway is crazy awesome!!!So hard to pick a favorite bread at Panera, but I guess I'll go with their Tomato Basil sourdough bread… so good with soup!

A favorite holiday recipe: CHRISTMAS COSMOPOLITANIngredients:# 1/2 oz Cointreau# 1/2 oz cranberry juice# 1 tsp lime juice fresh# 1 oz vodkaMixing instructions:Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.To garnish, float a few frozen cranberries after pouring.

One of my favorite things to bring to holiday parties are these these adorable cream cheese penquins. Time consuming, but easy and adorable. Usually a hit. Great giveaway!!!My favorite is the three cheese!Recipe: Cream Cheese Cookies2 sticks margarine1 3 oz. cream cheese (softened)1 egg yolk½ tsp. vanilla1 cup sugar2 ¾ cups plain flourBake 325 15 minutes.Makes 60-80.They do not brown. Mix with spoon.Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and egg yolk. Add flour and vanilla. Pinch and roll in small balls. Press pecan half or cherry half (drain well) on ball and bake.
