Michigan Winter Inspiration

January has been a mood itself here in Michigan. Days have been filled with gray skies, no snow, and a lack of ice. I started to feel myself falling into a seasonal depression spiral and started to create a vision and mood board that would help me get through the rest of the gray season.

Usually, I love the cozy calm that January brings. There is just something magical about the stillness of the start to the winter season. I have learned to enjoy simple luxuries at home like fresh flowers, mulled hot apple cider, and crockpots filled with soups and chili. Aside from comfy cozy moments at home with Jack, I have been getting out in nature whenever I can.
