Trend Watch: Planet of the Cape
Every year at about the time the leaves start to change and fall off the trees and the weather cools off we tend to gravitate towards something to keep us warm through the colds months. This season it seems as though medieval and 70\’s capes and ponchos are all the rage.
Celebrities have been spotted all over embracing this autumns trend. But honestly what do you think of the cape?
So what are your thoughts on the cape trend?
Personally I dislike it… I also dislike snuggies :]

I used to wear these when I was like 5. I have seen them while out shopping, and I love the way they are coming back.

I love the cape, so long as its not too capey ( too much fabric) I think they look so warm and perfect for winter!!

I love capes and shawls! They just spice up any outfit.

I feel like celebrities (who have personal stylists) can pull this look off, but I'm not a huge fan for real world people!

I like the capes that are more jacket like than full on swathes of material.

I pretty much love it on others but every time I try one on in a store I hate it. So, I'm on the fence about the cape!

Ooh, I don't like that green cape AT ALL. I'm not that much of a fan of it but some of those were ok. It would look like a tent on me. haha Emily w/Amazing Grapes

Some of them are a bit ridiculous looking, but I've seen a couple of cute ones. Not sure I would wear one though 🙂
