Orange Pineapple Bread
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1/3 c. orange pineapple juice concentrate
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
• Cream together, butter, brown sugar and egg.
• Add the juice concentrate and pineapple, mix well
• Combine, flour, baking soda and salt – add to creamed mixture, mix well.
• Add nuts, mix well.
• Pour into a prepared 9×5 loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
