Great Grandma\’s Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups granulated white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Jif peanut butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
Lightly butter a 8×8 glass dish. Place Jif and vanilla into a mixing bowl. In a saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a rolling boil, boil for exactly one minute.
Pour milk mixture over Jif and vanilla. Beat until thick, about one minute. Pour into your greased pan. Cool completely and cut into squares.
I'm sold…anything that involves pb is good in my book! Btw, I love fresh fruit in salads too!

PB fudge is the jam. It's my favorite!! I've never attempted to make it at home, though, not sure why….?

Peanut butter fudge is one of my ABSOLUTE favorites. The only downfall is I eat it all in one sitting 😦 I always wondered how to make it…and super stoked you shared a recipe with us!!! YAYYY…now I can ruin my diet again 🙂 Hope your bday week is going super well!!!<3 Megan

I make my own vanilla extract. The real stuff is pretty expensive. You will need a fifth of vodka and I would add two vanilla beans breaking them along the pod in a few places. Place this in a dark place for about a month and you will have a whole fifth of vanilla extract. When the bottle is a little over half gone I top it off and add another vanilla bean. Enjoy. -Myra
